Printing Application
1. Blow dry print in between rounds using hairdyer or other methods.
2. Allow for 2 â?? 4 hours ambient drying.
3. Heat cure at 130 â?? 160oC for 2 minutes.
4. Allow for 24 hours after heat cure before any physical testing of prints.
Sublimation coating with acrylic-polyester nature ( in concentrate form ) for sublimation to wood and plywood.
Other adhesives with 2 or more components, the mixture of they must be used within 4-5 hours. Unlike these, this concentrate does not mix with other components and is ready for use, can be used whenever needed even in small uses. This makes it economical. This is very easy to use it, with paint brush or paint roller .

Recommended mesh number: 90 mesh - 110 mesh
Drying with air (ventilated) kiln at 120-140 degrees Celsius (or hair dryer at medium temperature).
The process is sample:
1. Print the coating
2. Dry (recommended ventilated kiln) 120 - 140 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes (or hair dryer in medium heat, or room temperature for 24 hours)
3. Sublimation at 180 - 182 degrees Celsius ( 355-360 F ) for 30-40 sec.
