Steel rail, also called rail track, steel track, is the main component of railway track. Its function is to guide the wheels of the locomotive, bear the great pressure of the wheel, and keep the stability of railway transportation. The rail must provide continuous, smooth and minimum rolling surfaces for the wheels. In electrified railway or automatic block section, rail can also be used as an orbital circuit.

This machine is the special device to exert rail vibration on seamless rail to relieve the rail stress. It is pushed forward by a single operator.
Product features
It is equipped with two pairs of knocking hammers, which knock the inside and outside of two steel heads with same force. It can knock each rail for 48 times per minute.
It also contains a startup engine which drives the knocking hammer control rod via a v-belt drive reducer. The knocking hammer is equipped with plastic pads to prevent the formation of knocking marks on the rail or damage on rail. The entire system is mounted on a ultra-light cast with 4 cast irons and insulation wheels.
The knocking is start by the hand clutch mounted near the engine.
The complete machine can be on-track through 4 lifting eyes by the crane and also by four persons.
The knocking hammer is covered with a metal mesh to protect the operator and worker safety. In case of emergency, it can activate the emergency switch to shut down the machine.
