3. Performance Standard
Besides conforms to the drawing and design, the materials and fabrication of tower components shall conform to the following standards (Chinese Standards) and customer's requirements.
4. Steel pipe tower welded requirements
1 )we used CO2 welding and submerged arc auto welding or other methods as AWS D1.1
2 )Welded seam shall be full penetration and grinded.
3 )The welded product has no fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects.
5. Steel tower Galvanization
All steel items, bolts, nuts, washers & other components to be hot -DIP galvanized with uniform. As per (ASTM-A-123).
5. MOQ: One 40FT Container.
6. Payment Term: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
7.Delivery Time: 2 weeks per container after PO/drawing/prepayment confirmed.
8. Package: Normally wrapped by plastical bags ,mat or burlap cloth at the top and bottom,or according to clients requirement.

The HEXIN& furnace rollers are made from high nickel and high chrome heat-resistant alloys, cobalt base alloys, like HU, HT, HK, HP, HW, 24/24NbTiZr, 50Cr/50Ni (2.4813), 1.4865, 1.4849, 1.4848, 1.4410, 1.4059, 1.4841, 1.4845, 1.4852, 2.4879 or as per customer's requirements, by spun casting barrel tube and static cones and forged shafts. The roller sizes range from OD.60MM to OD.1600MM(2.36 to 63inch), according to customer design.
