Cff-s is a range of new generation silicon carbide based ceramic foam filters with a consistent, high level performance in terms of metal flow rate and filtration efficiency. Cff-s filters are intended for filtering grey, ductile iron and nonferrous metals at the temperatures up to 1450 â°c. The filters can be placed in the gating system of the mould as well as in combination with exothermic extensions for direct casting/pouring on the filter.
