Product Introduction
Basic operation process:

Precautions:
1. Adopt DC reverse connection;
2. When welding, the flow rate of CO2 gas should be 20~25L/min;
3. The dry elongation of the wire should be controlled within the range of 15~25mm;
4. The temperature between the channels is recommended to be kept at around 300 °C;
5. Before welding, the weldment must be cleaned of rust, oil, moisture and other impurities.
Precautions:

Because the number of layers is too much, the surfacing layer becomes brittle due to too high hardness and is easily broken after collision. Due to the high hardness, the welding wire has a cracking sound during the welding, and a small crack occurs, which is a normal phenomenon and does not fall off, and does not affect the service life.
