The platinum cure silicone rubber can be applied to the mold making industries that used the fiberglass, gypsum, resin, candle, soap, etc. as raw material; or the food mold making industries, tire casting, rapid prototyping and artificial stone crafts. It gets the acknowledgment of the FDA, and its mixing ration is 10:1 or 1:1, which made the operation more easy. Besides that, it also has a lower shrinkage than the mould making silicone. If you have high requirements for shrinkage, then the platinum cure silicone rubber will be your best choice!
Operation method of the platinum cure silicone rubber:
1.Mix the platinum cure silicone rubber and the catalyst in a mixing ration of 1:1 and do the process of the vacumn pumping. (If there is no vacumn machine, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused.)
2.Put the product which is covered with a layer of release agent in the middle of a squre frame formed of 4 wooden or plastic plates.
3.Pour the mixture into the frame.
4.After 3 to 5 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original mold, then you get a finished platinum cured silicone mold.

1. Firstly, you should prepare all the tools such as the pad mold, the cup for mixing, and a glass stick.

2. Then clean the pad mould with detergent, and dry it with a piece of cloth or an air gun.

3. After that, mix the pad printing silicone rubber and the silicone soil as your own requirements. Generally, the larger the size of the pattern you need to print, the more silicone oil is needed.
