Relying on application practices, HFM Fully Welded Plate Heat Exchangers are widely applied in oil and gas industry, refinery applications, pharmaceutical industry, chemical/petrochemical industry, automotive, pulp and paper industry and steel industry. The Semi-welded Plate Heat Exchanger is particularly offered for heating and cooling of aggressive media. Two corrugated plates are positioned back to back and welded together as "cassette" by laser, along the sealing groove designed for the gasket of the semi welded PHE. The semi-welded plate for PHE is specially offered for aggressive media. Generally, two pieces of PHE stainless steel plates are welded back to back by laser along the sealing groove for the gasket to form the plate cassette. Each cassette is sealed with a gasket. This heat exchanger type supplies high thermal performance with compact size, similar to that of gasketed plate heat exchangers, with low hold-up volume and low installed weight, especially when filled. Fe3al filter element Product material and specifications 1. This filter element is formed by isostatic pressure and vacuum sinter. In order to get high filtration precision and permeability at the same time, composite structure is designed, one is supporting layer with high intensity, big pore and low resistance drop. The other is membrane layer with small pore and low resistance drop. 2. Two layers are all fe3al, so there is good bond strength after vacuum sinter. 3. This pore make liquid produce a large number of bubbles at low superheat, which enhance heat transfer. At the same time, porous structure formed many boiling centre, the film boiling changes to nucleate boiling. So boiling side heat transfer coefficients of 10-30 times that of bare tubes can be achieved, resulting in an overall heat transfer improvement of 2-4 times that of bare pipes.
