BCPL offers vacuum-insulated, double-walled cylinders designed for various applications, including liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid oxygen (LOX), liquid argon (LAR), liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2), and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
BCPL manufactures two & three-piece welded steel cylinders for LPG used in automobiles, meeting the established standards and as per the customersâ?? requirement. These auto LPG containers are available in cylindrical and toroidal shapes. The cylindrical containers range from 200 to 400 mm in diameter, whereas toroidal containers range from 180 to 270 mm in diameter. The cylinders are available in the following capacities: 4.9 Ltr, 5 Ltr, 5.2 Ltr, 5.8 Ltr, 15 Ltr, 25 Ltr, 28 Ltr (toroidal), 34 Ltr (toroidal), 36 Ltr, 50 Ltr, 60 Ltr and 75 Ltr. BCPL is one of the renowned companies in India known for the quality of automotive tanks. These tanks are marketed through a Pan-India network of distributors and dealers.
BCPL manufactures 990 Ltr water capacity tanks. The manufacturing unit is equipped to design and manufacture tanks up to 3000 liters of water capacity. These tanks are heat-treated in a state-of-the-art NC control furnace and painted with polyurethane paint with an undercoat of epoxy primer. The powder coated surface is also supplied on request. These cylinders are supplied to Indian oil and marketing companies such as Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum and to companies such as TOTAL, Super Gas and exported to other countries.

Twist locks are critical load bearing member of a container handling crane and are manufactured with utmost care incorporating quality checks at every stage of production. Centigrade. 3) various destructive(tensile, impact) & non-destructive testings (ultrasonic & mpi) 4) 100 % proof load tested at double the swl and certified by a competent person under dock workers' regulations act, 1990 of india. 5) 100 % mpi tested after proof load test. 6) normal life in excess of 75, 000 container lifts. -
