The strength and durability of coir wood, an environmentally benign and biodegradable product, are derived from coir, a natural fibre obtained from coconut husk
Coir geotextiles are made from coconut fiber extracted from the husk of the coconut. Like other polymeric counterparts, coir geotextiles are developed for specific applications in civil engineering like erosion control, ground improvement, filtration, drainage, riverbank protection, road pavements, slope stability etc. Coir Geotextiles protect the land surface and promote quick vegetation. Geotextiles are a wonderful treasure of natural echo-friendly, erosion control blankets in woven and non-woven preparations.Coir geotextiles are available in 400, 700 and 900 GSM,Can be packed as a bundle or roll to save space while transport.
Coir Logs are strong, flexible construction modules of a compact roll of coir web covered by exterior mesh netting. Coir logs are made entirely of natural elements. Unlike other means of erosion control, coir logs don't risk chemicals seepage that could damage the ecosystem and its microorganisms

Coir net/Cocomesh coconut coir net has optimal strength to hold soil for an extended time. Coir Net/Cocomesh is an eco-friendly product for controlling soil erosion. When the ground has no vegetation, erosion tends to occur due to heavy water flow or wind. As a growing medium for plants, it is suitable for the reclamation of former mines or beaches, reinforcement of cliffs, erosion prevention, soil reinforcement, reinforcement of paths along railroad tracks, reinforcement of road or bridge cliffs, etc. Specification: Length x width = 2 x 25 m The distance between the ropes = 4x4 cm Weight= 450 gr/m2 Diameter = 0.5 cm We also provide various models and ropes mesh per your order.
Coir logs or Cocologs are non-woven, made from coir fibre bunches under pressed condition in tubular enclosures of coir mesh netting. They are mainly used for vulnerable streams, rivers or Lake Bank. For high embankment areas with a variable water level, several Cocolog can be applied as stack. -Helps in stabilization and revegetation of sites which are instable due to waves, current or steepness. -Promote plant growth and microbial activity -As made from 100% biodegradable organic material, they are eco-friendly and provide a physically stable substrate for root growth. -Provide a filtration system and are non-toxic to the s oil. Coir Geo textiles protect land surface and promote quick vegetation. Geo textiles are a wonderful treasure of natural echo friendly, erosion control blankets in woven and non-woven preparations. Totally biodegradable, Geo textiles help soil stabilisation and renew vegetation in varying slopes.
Coconut shell powder is manufactured from matured coconut shells. The product finds extensive use in plywood and laminated board industry as a phenolic extruder and as a filler in synthetic resin glues, mosquito coils and agarbathis. Coconut shell powder is preferred to other alternate materials available in the market such as bark powder, furfurol and peanut shell powder because of its uniformity in quality and chemical composition, better properties in respect of water absorption and resistance to fungal attack. Detail : Coconut shells free from contamination of coir pith, etc., are broken into small pieces and fed into a pulverizer. The powder from the pulverizer is fed into a cyclone and the parallel product is collected in bag filters. The shell powder is then fed into a vibrating sieving machine and packed according to mesh size requirements for various end uses. The rejects from the sieving machine can be recycled in the pulverizer for size reduction. The product is manufactured in sizes ranging from 80-200 mesh. Keeping in view of the vast industrial uses.
