Nickel Alloy Flanges are made with Nickel Alloys. Nickel alloys are produced by combining Nickel with other materials. Because of these combinations, the characteristics of this alloy is enhanced, making it suitable for use in several types of equipment across a wide range of industries. Nickel Alloy is made by combining Nickel with other metals such as titanium, copper, aluminum iron, and chromium. Nickel Alloy Flanges are more resistant to corrosion at temperatures upwards of 1800 degrees Fahrenheit, making them suitable for applications in harsh environments. Nickel Alloy Flanges have good resistance to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures. Nickel Alloy Flanges are extremely ductile and have a high melting point. All these properties, make them excellent for applications that deal with extreme temperatures. Nickel Alloy Flanges have a service life of 25 to 35 years, though they can last longer. The service life also depends on the usage and application. Nickel Alloy Flanges are cheaper than Flanges made of other metals because of their long service life. Nickel Alloy Flanges offer increased adaptability, magnetic properties, and electrical properties. Nickel Alloy Flanges are employed in several applications, such as Marine Applications, Paper & Pulp Industry, Oil and Gas Industry, etc

What are Inconel Flanges? Global steel is a leading supplier of Inconel flanges and its various types. Due to our extensive knowledge and experience in this industry, we are able to supply our customers with amazing quality products at a competitive price range. Inconel Flanges are a combination of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum alloys. These flanges are widely used for their high strength at elevated temperatures and good resistance to corrosion. Inconel flanges have high strength material and excellent toughness even at different temperatures. It has high mechanical stability up to 2200 degrees F. The high alloy content present in these flanges allows them to withstand a wide range of corrosive atmospheres. In mild environments like sea water, neutral salts, and alkaline media, there is almost no attack o these flanges. In more severe atmospheres, high nickel and chromium content provides resistance to oxidizing chemicals. On the other hand, high nickel and molybdenum content provides resistance to non-oxidizing agents. These flanges offer a good balance of temperature stability, toughness, strength, and good resistance to corrosion. Due to these advantageous features of Inconel flanges, they are widely preferred in the chemical processing industry, aerospace industry, marine industry, electronics, oil, and gas industry, and many more. We offer our customers various types/grades of Inconel flanges that are of great quality and durability. We are well-trusted suppliers of various products especially these flanges, all at a competitive price range

Duplex steel flanges are made from work hardenable alloys that are exceptionally corrosion-resistant. A blend of austenite and ferrite phases makes up their composition. As a result, qualities of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steel can be found in duplex steel flanges. While duplex stainless steel is resistant to stress corrosion cracking, it is not as robust as ferritic stainless steel to this type of assault. The corrosion resistance of the least resistant duplex stainless steel, on the other hand, is higher than that of the most generally used stainless steel grades, 304 and 316. Duplex stainless steel is extremely corrosion resistant. They have high resistance to intergranular corrosion. Even in chloride and sulfide environments, Duplex steel flanges exhibit very high resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Duplex steel flanges are more resistant to saltwater than grade 316. It's nitrogen-enhanced stainless steel that was created to solve the 300 series stainless steel's corrosion resistance difficulties. Duplex steel flanges are frequently utilized in a variety of applications, including storage tanks, water heaters, and bridges. They are mostly used in situations when the austenitic grades might fail prematurely. Other applications include chemical processing, transport and storage, Oil and gas exploration and offshore rigs, Oil and gas refining, Pollution control equipment, Pulp & paper manufacturing, and Chemical process plant
