The finer quality comber noil we are making available is 100% pure cotton that is free from any defects. Used for varied purposes, comber noil can be effectively used to produce pharmaceutical and surgical cotton. Besides this it can also be used in yarn production.
General Remarks : Shankar-6 is cultivated in an area of 4.4million acres in our state of Gujarat.It is in great demand by the textile industry in India, China, Pakistan and Bangladesh .
100% cotton cloth used. Each dress material has 6.75 meter cloth. 2.5 meter top; 2 meter bottom; 2.25 meter chunari. Each dress material weighs approx. 250 gm.
1 parcel = 90 pieces of dress materials. Each parcel contains 30 different designs. Also, available on customer's requirement.
Quality control:
For the quality control in our ginning factory we are having expert to buy seed cotton , they are having more than 15 years experience to buy seed cotton and we are directly buy from the farm. Our factories also certified by ISO 9000:2001 and whole manufactured followed by rules and regulation. As well as we are having the laboratory facilities of the Raw cotton testing. Our most the bales are checked by manually and mechanically ( Hvi USTER) as point to provide best quality to our end user.
