Procedure:

3] FCO and draft contract by seller.
4] Buyer returns FCO signed and stamped.
5] Contract formation between seller and buyer.
6] POP by seller.
7] L/C: FFDLC by irrevocable, transferable/Non-transferable, confirmed 100% at sight against the presentation of shipping documents.
8] PBG 2% by seller
9] Shipping takes place as per contract

Notes:
In some deals, we offer the following:
1] A clause in the contract imposing 2% of the total contract value as a penalty on the seller if he fails to perform the contract. This is in addition to the 2% PBG.
2] A Bank commitment letter that guarantees that the seller will provide PBG along with the POP via SWIFT before the buyer issues his LC.
3] Non operative PBG in advance before issuing the LC by buyer
4] Only SERIOUS Buyer are welcomed. ONLY serious buyers can provide BCL.

Commission Policy:
1] 2 USD/MT is allowed for small quantities.

In vivo, urea is formed in the liver via the urea cycle from ammonia and is the final end product of protein metabolism. Administration of urea elevates blood plasma osmolality, resulting in enhanced flow of water from tissues, including the brain, cerebrospinal fluid and eye, into interstitial fluid and plasma, thereby decreasing pressure in those tissues and increasing urine outflow.
