Feeder 12. Air compressor Working Principle and Process : Working Principle : Materials are fed into surge bin from customer`s hopper. This process is controlled by a rotary gate and a pneumatic valve on top of the surge bin. The feeding proess is controlled by a frequency convertor operated impeller and a valve at the spout. When reaching target value, the impeller stops and the feeding valve closes, sack-clamping device is open and the filled bag could be moved out manually or automatically. The machine is ready for a new filling circle. According to requirements of the customers, the system can be equipped with 3-6 bulk storage bins, the material in which will, after being processed by the metering and batching system, be conveyed to pending-for-mixing bin, and then fed into the high-efficiency biaxial agravic mixer for continuous mixing. The finished product in conformity with mixing accuracy requirements can be sent to the finished products bin shortly after mixed. Moreover, there is design with automatic rationing and packaging machine at the bottom of finished products bin, allowing for synchronous auto-packaging operation.
