The cinnamon tree has a trunk with a diameter of 125 cm. The texture of the stem is smooth and has branches. The plant has a variable height depending on the type of cinnamon. For example, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, a cinnamon tree that comes from Sri Lanka has a height of up to 5-6 m. Meanwhile, Cinnamomum burmannii which grows a lot in Indonesia can reach a stem height of up to 15 m. The most commonly used part of the cinnamon tree is the bark part of the trunk. The appearance of cinnamon bark is generally brown to yellowish-brown.
