De-oiled yellow mustard powder is flavorful, sweet and hot, it has none of the bitterness of conventional mustard flour. Also used in the production of mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, spice mixtures, and meat products. It is useful for thickening including binding oil and water. This product is Kosher and Halal certified and contains over 40% protein more than conventional mustard flour.
