The full name of ffu is: fan filter unit, is a self-powered air supply filtration device, with filtration effect of the modular end of the air supply device, is a terminal air filtration equipment module. Principle The air is drawn in using the fan (motor + impeller) inside the filter unit of the FFU fan. The absorbed air is filtered by the HEPA (High Efficiency Filter) or ULPA (Ultra High Efficiency Filter) filter below the FFU to filter out the large particles of dust in the air, and finally the fresh air is sent to the clean area at an even speed. Composition Cabinet: The material commonly used is galvanised aluminium alloy coated steel, aluminium alloy and stainless steel. The role of one is to support the fan and the air guide ring, the second is to support the flow guide. Deflector plate: A balancing device for air flow, built into the interior of the box, around the underside of the fan. Blower: Available in single AC (AC/1Phase), DC (EC/1Phase) and triple AC (AC/3Phase). Control components: For AC FFU, five-speed governors or infinitely variable governors are commonly used; for DC systems, the control chip is embedded inside the motor and is controlled remotely with the help of special control software, computers, control gateways and network lines.
