These beans have a beautiful, oily sheen and aroma that permeates delicate notes of stone fruits such as cherry, plum, apricot and more. Vanilla from Ecuador is a bean considered to be a delicacy adored by chefs from around the world. We cure our vanilla beans at 80 degrees Celsius for 20 seconds, then we sun-dry the beans for 12 days and then we shade-dry the beans for a month; after this process the beans are ready for consumption.}
