Delta trap is usually made of polypropylene flute board or plain PP sheet laminated paper board. The name comes from their shape which is in the form of Delta (Triangle) The triangular shaped opening at both ends provides entry for the insects. An arrangement is provided inside the trap to place a sticky adhesive sheet on the base at the bottom and a hanger at the top to hold the pheromone dispenser.
