SOP CIF:
1. SIGN NCNDA (if needed)
2. Buyer send LOI + POF
3. Seller gives FCO + SPA + PROFORMA INVOICE
4. 3 parties will sign SPA: Buyer , Factory , Logistic company.
5. Buyer issue LC
6. Seller ready good.
7. Buyer sends SGS come for inspection.
8. Logistic company will delivery the good by air.
9. Once the good arrived CIF airport buyer needs to release the 100% LC after SGS.
