Description CC-401 is a water based reinforced with acrylic polymers and graded fillers primer for concrete and masonry surfaces in order to improve adhesion between the substrate and subsequent coats. Appropriation For Rockflexï¼?RCï¼?Masonry System Characteristics Ready to useï¼?Easy to apply Improves adhesion Improves the finish of topcoat Non-toxic Surface preparation: Concrete substrate shall be dry, sound, clean and uncontaminated. All loose particles, curing compound, shuttering oil, debris etc shall be removed. Temperature Condition: Ambient temperature shall be between 10 and 50 °C Application: CC-401 is applied at 4 - 6 m2/ltr depending on substrate porosity and allowed to cure for 2 to 4 hours at 25 °C before over-coating with Rockflex systems Cleaning: Clean the tools with water immediately after use. Packing and Storage CC-401 is available in 20 ltr pack and it shall be stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouses. Shelf life is 12 months when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, protected from extreme temperatures and as per manufacturers recommendations. In extreme tropical climate, the product shall be stored in cooled ambience. Excessive humidity and over exposure to UV will result in the reduction of shelflife.
