Application:
Series zyb highly vacuum transformer oil regeneration machine is used for overhauling and installing the electric insulating equipments which can running as energized, such as transformer, oil switch, and mutual inductor. Also it is especially applied to regenerate and purify the seriously exhausted insulating oil and make the oils reach the international standard. Features:
1. This equipment is a multi-source high-vacuum evaporation coating instrument. The equipment adopts a front-opening vacuum chamber design. The chamber has a large space and strong expandability, which can meet the evaporation coating of multiple types of large-size samples. The chamber has an upper sample stage inside, and the clamping or clamping type sample mounting parts can be selected according to the user's sample style. The sample table can be rotated, heated and raised and lowered, and all operations are integrated and controlled through the touch screen. Series ZYD Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Systems is used for transformer oil dehydration and transformer oil degasification as well as other electrical insulating liquids such as silicone fluids. The ZYD Process is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength and includes the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and other particulate matter.
