Flat top crimped, also call ed pressed crimped, is made from round and profiled plain weave wire. All the mesh knuckles is being on the underside. The structure is very heavy and durable. The smooth surface is the characteristic of the weaving method. This structure can allow the materials to move more freely over the screen. It is widely used in the vibrating screen.

1. Plain Weave: also called tabby weave, linen weav or taffeta weave, is the most basic type of weaves. In plain weave, the warp and weft are aligned so they form a simple criss-cross pattern. Each weft thread crosses the warp threads by going over one, then under the next, and so on. The next weft thread goes under the warp threads that its neighbor went over, and vice versa.
2. Twill Weave: In a twill weave, each weft or filling yarn floats across the warp yarns in a progression of interlaces to the right or left, forming a distinct diagonal line. This diagonal line is also known as a wale. A float is the portion of a yarn that crosses over two or more yarns from the opposite direction.
3. Plain Dutch Weave: similar with plain weave, just the weft and warp wire have different wire diameter and different mesh size.
4. Twill Dutch Weave: similar with twill weave, just the weft and warp wire have different wire diameter and different mesh size.
5. Reversed Dutch Weave: difference from standard Dutch weave lies in the thicker warp wires and less weft wires.

Product Description:
Often referred to as 25-20 stainless, 310 SS wire mesh is suited for applications requiring high strength and excellent oxidation resistance. The maximum safe temperature is about 2000 F, but is successfully used up to 2100 F under certain conditions. Preforms well under intermittent heating and cooling. Type 310 also referred to as T-310 or T310 is nonmagnetic when annealed or cold worked. Well suited where a combination of strength, toughness, corrosion and oxidation-resistance is essential.
310 stainless steel wire mesh/screen is austenitic material used for high-temperature applications. The high chromium and nickel contents give the steel excellent oxidation resistance as well as high strength at high temperatures. This grade is also very ductile, and has good weldability enabling its widespread usage in many applications.
Grade 310S stainless steel wire mesh/screen is the low carbon version of Grade 310 and is suggested for applications where sensitization, and subsequent corrosion by high temperature gases or condensates during shutdown may become problem.
