Low Melt EVA Valve Bags are specially designed for packaging rubber additives and other plastic materials in form of powder and granule. With the low melt valve bag and automatic filling machine, rubber chemical manufacturers can make big packages of 5kg-25kg. Using the bag can avoid the fly loss of the material when packing and there is no need to seal, so it largely improves the packaging efficiency.
The bags are made from EVA (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate) which has a lower melting point and is highly compatible with rubber, so the bags together with the contained materials can be direct put into a mixer, and the bags can fully disperse in the rubber or plastic as an effective ingredient.
Bags with different melting points are available for different application conditions. With standard packages and no need to unpack before using the materials, the low melt valve bags also facilitate the work of the material users.
Side gusset and block bottom forms are available types. Size, thickness, color, embossing and printing can be custom made according to customers specific requirement.
It is common that dust of raw materials flies everywhere in the workshop of rubber and tyre plants, which causes harm to the workers health and pollution to the production environment as well. The main applications and properties of the product are as follows: The bags have low melting points: 70-115. Different melting points are available according to customers requirement. The bags can be direct put into a mill or mixer due to its good solubility and dispersity in rubber and plastic. The bags have good tensile strength, impact strength, puncture resistance, flexibility, and rubber-like elasticity. The bags have excellent chemical stability, no toxicity, good environmental stress cracking resistance, weather resistance and compatibility with the rubber materials. Decomposition products of the bag can be compatibly blended with natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), solution polymerized butadiene styrene rubber (SSBR), polyisoprene rubber and high styrene resin, without affecting the physical and chemical properties of the rubber, and it can be used as an active ingredient of the rubber formula, reducing the production cost and avoiding packing waste. The bags are mainly used for packaging various chemical materials and reagents (e.g. white black carbon, black carbon, anti-aging agent, accelerator, sulphur and aromatic hydrocarbon oil) in the rubber industry (tire, hose, tape, shoes), plastic processing industry (PVC, plastic pipe and extrude ) and rubber and plastic additives industry.
