I. Application
1.1 Dust-proof test box is designed and manufactured according to GB4208-93 (equivalent to IEC60529-2001) "Shell Protection Grade (IP Code)" and is suitable for sand and dust test of electrical products with the first characteristic digits of 5 and 6 (IPX5 and IPX6).
1.2 The test chamber can provide non-laminar vertical circulating airflow of dust, which can be controlled regularly. It is equipped with a vacuum pump to pump air into the outer shell of the tested product, and it can adjust the pumping volume and pressure difference.In addition,the air temperature control device is installed in the chamber to ensure that the test is carried out under the standard environmental conditions.
1.3 According to the standard requirements, this test chamber adopts the artificial analogy dust environment to test the dust-proof ability of the tested products, and its specific requirements and eligibility criteria should be in accordance with GB4208-93 (IEC60529-2001) or product-related standards.
2. Structure and Material
Material: both inside and outside gallbladder adopt SUS high grade stainless steel plate door: tempered glass door.

Remarks: The test box can meet the requirements of protection grade test for household appliances, low-voltage appliances, automobile and motorcycle parts in GB2423, GB4706, GB4208, DIN.
The device can not meet the sand and dust test in GJB150.
