Characteristics of pc solid sheet
Good light transmission. Resistant against aging, discolor and atomization
Weather resistance. The co-extruded uv coating on its surface can protect from damage of ultraviolet.
Impact resistance. The strength of pc solid sheets is 250-300 times harder than that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times than pmma.
Fire retardant. Passed china national gb8624-97 test. B1 level fire retardant. Cause no fire drop, nor poisonous gas.
Temperature resistance. Temperature between -40 to 120 cause no damage to its quality.
Light weight. It is easy to transport, install, cold bent directly and has good performance of heat forming.
Good sound insulation. It is the first choice materials for insulation wall in free ways and expressway.

Pc (polycarbonate) corrugated sheet Specifications: Thickness: 0.8mm\1.0mm\1.2mm\1.5mm\2.0mm\2.5mm\3.0mm; Colors: clear, transperant blue, tranperent green, brown and opal Length: based on customers' requirements (on the conditions that it is suitable for transportation). Features of the product: Light transmission: The light transmission of the sheet is quite good which is up to 85%. Weather resistance: The weather resistant treatment of anti-uv on the surface of the sheet prevents the resin from turning yellow causing by ultraviolet ray. The uv agent has chemical bond to change ultraviolet ray into visible light, which has a stable effect on the photosynthesis of plants. Impact resistance: Its impact strength is 10 times of the ordinary glass, 3 - 5 times of the ordinary corrugated roofing sheet and 2 times of toughened glass. It is hardly broken. Fire retardant: Through the national gv8625 - 88 test, its fire retardant is identified to be grade i, no fire drops nor toxic gas. Temperature property: In the temperature from -40° f to 248° f, the product will not deform Light weight: It is light in weight, easy to handle and drill, convenient for construction and procession. When cutting for installation, it is not easy to be broken.
