Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde is widely applicable for cements builing,especially for the following: fluid cement, plasticized cement, steamed cement, water-tight cement, water-proof cement, prefabricated cement, prestressed reinforced cement and high strength cement. Sodium Naphthalene Formaldehyde (SNF-Superplasticizer for Concrete) CAS Code: 36290-04-7 SNF a high range water reducer, commonly referred to as a super plasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Condensate (short name: SNF, PNS, NSF, etcâ?¦) SNF is made from naphthalene, sulfuric acid, formaldehyde and liquid alkali, through sulfonation, hydrolyzation, condensation and neutralization reaction and then drying to powder. SNF-A5% contains very small chloride. Thus, it meets the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM Designation C 494 as a Type F admixture, GB8076-2008 and GB50119-2003. Usage SNF produces concrete with extremely workable characteristics referred to as high slump. SNF also allows concrete to be produced with very low water/cement ratios at low or normal slumps. SNF is ideal for use in pre stress, precast, bridge deck or any concrete where it is desired to keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum and still achieve the degree of workability necessary to provide easy placement and consolidation. SNF will also fluidize concrete, making it ideal for tremie concreting or other applications where high slumps are desired. SNF is compatible with Portland Cement, Normal Portland cement, Portland Slag Cement, Fly-ash Cement, Portland Pozzolanic Cement, etc.

Sodium sulphonate formaldehyde,is chemically synthesized non-air-entraining superplasticizer.Widely used in roads, bridges, dams, ports and docks,tunnels,electricity,water conservancy and civil engineering projects,steaming nd natural preserving components. 1. When the strength and slump are basically the same,the amount of cement can be reduced by 10%-25%. 2. When the water-cement ratio is constant,the initial slump of concrete can be increased by more than 10cm,and the water reduction rate can reach 15%-25%. 3. It has significant early strength and enhancement effect on cockroaches,and its intensity increase range is 20%-60%. 4. It can improve the workability of concrete and improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete. 5.
