Products Introduction About the shipyard rail transfer bogie, its main character is its power supply----mobile cable. When the shipyard rail transfer bogie moves, the cable pulls behind the shipyard rail transfer bogie. The cable is connected to the ground at one end, while the other is powered by an electric control box on shipyard rail transfer bogie, and then provide the power to the engine. The operation system is low voltage 36v power. The hydraulic lifting device can be installed on the shipyard rail transfer bogie. Railway Wheel About the shipyard rail transfer bogie' wheels, it is double rim of corner case, the material is ZG55, or can be customized as per your demand. It can improve the load capacity and install easily. And the railway wheels are manufactured and assemblied by ourselves. Three In One Reducer & AC Motor This type gear box with advantage of high efficiency, operate steadily, easy installation and maintenance, etc; Brake is composed by brake frame, brake parts, brake operating device and so on, it is a safety device to ensure the shipyard rail transfer bogie working safely; The electric motor is AC motor. Cable & Drag Chain The cable can be installed either the center of the two rails or one side of the shipyard rail transfer bogie. And in order to protect the cable in case of serious abrasion, the drag chain can be equipped to the shipyard rail transfer bogie together for protection so that prolong the cables' lifetime. Electrical Control Box, Control Method and Safety Device There are power source switch, emergency stop switch, alternation switch, indicator light,etc, which can make the operation more safety. There are pendant control and remote control two methods, certaily, control panel also can be installed as your demands. Safety device: sound & light aralm, bumper device, automatioc stop device.
