MORE series of diamond compact is composed of carbide substrate and polycrystalline diamond layer. The diamond content of polycrystalline layer is more than 90%.The product has not only high hardness and wear resistance, but also good impact resistance, which make it ideal super-hard composite material that realize turning instead of grinding and cutting at high efficiency and low cost. Widely used in the field of processing copper,aluminum and other non-ferrous metals and their alloy materials ,wood, laminate flooring, graphite, rubber, plastic, ceramic and refractory material, also can be used in producing corbelled and oriented wear resistant parts of testing instruments.
According to different particle size of polycrystalline diamond layer, MORE series diamond compact have six granularity types to choose from, such as2m,5m,10m,25m,35m,302. 2m and 5m ones used for super finishing machining, 10m ones used for fine finishing, and 25m,35m and302 ones used for rough finishing.
