The white master batch developed by our company is processed by adopting special resin, top-grade titanium white powder, dispersant, lubricant etc via advanced mancraft. The product provides the following characteristics: titanium white powder content is high, white, nontoxic, no odor, excellent in dispersing ability, not easy to become yellow, little adding ratio, convenient in using etc. It has been widely used in the milk film, cast film, tube, injection plastic, pipe, and other plastic products basing on pe pp eva ps abs. The product has passed the test of shandong center for disease control and prevention, and been certified by sgs, and conforms to european standard.

White Masterbatch is compounded of titanium dioxide pigment, polymer resin and other additives. It is used to coloring the final plastic products to white and opacity.
Application: Film blowing, injection, yarn, raffia,...
– Masterbatch will be packed into PP/PE bag (25kg/bag) with label that following inquiry of customers.
– Fullfilled bags will be put over pallets before loading into container.
Colmast(cw) are concentrated of titanium dioxide (tio2), polyethylene (pe) virgin and additives (processing aid, dispersion agent).
Titanium dioxide (tio2) used in all colmast-white is of the rutile coated, which ensure high opacity, colouring strength, dispersibility and excellent uv-stability.
Cw160 is used to create ceramic or pearl white color of end products. Cw160 is compatible with pe, pp, ps, abs, etc carrier resin for production technology : blown film, injection, blow molding, extrusion, etc
Adding rate : 1-9%wt depending on the specific product and it is adjusted based on specific production technology or quality requirement.
