When laying the ladles, advanced supercritical thermal preservative material AEROGEL has been adopted together with heavy castables or refractory bricks, and the heat preservation effect can be increased by more than 1 time. The aluminium liquid, when transported within the smelter or for long distance, will have the lowest temperature drop (less than 1 â?? per km), which will have significant economic benefit for the aluminium processing factories.
Structure:
Vacuum ladle is mainly composed of suctorial aluminum tube, jet exhauster, gearing, and heat insulation layer. The ladle is designed into detachable headed column and structure just like teapot ladle, with input and output on both sides. Making the ladle lift and transport convenient, and the heat loses slowly. It can be operated by manual or electrically-operated. The two modes can be interconvertibled with a clutch, which assure the liquid aluminum can be poured out in emergency.

Aerogel material is a dispersing medium for the gel material gas by polymer molecules or colloidal particles accumulate each other to form a network structure of the nano-porous solid materials. The size of the pores in the material is on the order of nanometers. The porosity is as high as 80-99.8%, and the typical size of the hole is 1-100 nm, also the specific surface area is 200-1000 m2 / g, and the aerogel material density can be as low as 3 kg / m3.
