Silicon coated fiberglass sleeving (Self- extinguishing fiberglass sleeving) is braided with non-alkali fiberglass yarn and then coated with a special kind of silicone resin. It possesses good properties of dielectric, heat resistance, self- extinguishing, softness and elasticity etc. These sieevings are widely used as wiring insulation and protection tor H grade electrical motors, domestic appliances and electric apparatus etc.

Silicone fiberglass sleeve is a high-performance insulation material made by impregnating fiberglass cloth with silicone resin and then using a heat curing process. This type of silicone coated fiberglass sleeving combines the high strength of glass fiber and the excellent electrical insulation performance of silicone resin, with good heat resistance, electrical insulation, chemical stability, and mechanical strength. Silicone Rubber Fiberglass sleeving - temperature resistance of - 30 ~ 200 , pressure resistance of 1.2kv-2.5kv (inner fiber and outer glue) - temperature resistance of - 30 ~ 200 , pressure resistance of 4.0kv. The surface of tightly woven glass fiber sleeve is dipped with complete silica gel and cured at high temperature. (outer fiber and inner rubber) - glass fiber sleeve with temperature resistance of - 30 â?? ~ 200 â?? and pressure resistance of 7.0kv woven tightly on the surface of silicone rubber pipe. Srg-n meets the requirements of Part 1 of the Canadian Electrical Code code and the requirements of coated electrical insulating sleeves for higher temperature applications specified by the National Institute of standards and chapter 1.4 of the National Fire Protection Association electrical code. The long-term aging test meets the requirements of ul746b or CSA c22.2 chapter 0.17. It is widely used in internal wiring harness and insulation protection of H & n automobile, shipbuilding, motor, household appliances, electric heating equipment, special lamps, TV and electronic instruments.

Srg-w is mainly used in the transportation of high temperature and high pressure fluid and the equipment and instruments that need soft, wear-resistant insulation and mechanical protection.
