The coffee is sustainably produced in the Southeast region of Brazil, more precisely in the south of the state of Minas Gerais at an altitude of 1250 meters. We offer 100% Arabica Coffee Beans only, roasted, unroasted and nespresso caps. Our product is available year-round, from January to December. According to the SCAA Quality Protocol, our coffee is classified as specialty, reaching more than 80 points at its scale. Brazil is the largest premium coffee supplier in the world. Our special beans become Gourmet Coffees worldwide. Gourmet coffees have softer flavor and aroma, as a result of special selections of grains and controlled roasting. It is also possible, in a certain level of Gourmet Coffees, to perceive fruity notes, chocolates, and nuts. They are comparable to the finest wines, the grand cru, rarer and more exclusive, fine and high-quality tastes. Our coffee is made by the wet processing technology. As a result, the coffee is cleaner, brighter and fruitier. In the wet process, the fruit covering the seeds/beans is removed before they are dried.
Speciality blend is a mixed blends of 100% Arabica. Roasting coffee transforms the chemical and physical properties of green coffee beans into roasted coffee products. The roasting process is what produces the characteristic flavour of coffee by causing the green coffee beans to change in taste. Roasted beans smell like coffee, and weigh less because the moisture has been roasted out. They are crunchy to the bite, ready to be ground and brewed.

100% Arabica or Robusta Brazilian coffee, and various Brazilian coffee blends.
Green coffee beans are the unroasted seeds of the coffee plant. They are harvested from coffee cherries and have a pale green color. Unlike roasted coffee beans, green coffee beans lack the characteristic flavor and aroma associated with brewed coffee. The flavor potential of coffee is developed during the roasting process, which transforms the beans into the familiar brown coffee beans used for brewing. Green coffee beans are sought after by home roasters and professionals for their potential to create diverse flavor profiles when roasted to different levels. They are also used in extracts for potential health benefits due to their high chlorogenic acid content.
Really specialty coffees from Brazil
According to the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA), our coffee scores 87 points, which is graded as "specialty". It is grown in Zongolica, Veracruz (1,100 and 1,400 meters above sea level). The unique flavors and tastes are a result of the special characteristics and composition of the soils in which it is produced. Our coffee is considered of Height and Strict Height. This has always been our greatest natural quality, distinctive because of their full cup taste and little to no defects. We have always been respectful of the nature that surrounds us, that is why we use only organic methods. We are also respectful of our traditions and culture, like the Xochitlalis, a ritual where the land is asked for permission for its harvest. Always preserving them and making them known, our image is based on the attire of the indigenous women of our region. We employ about 35 people daily, in different tasks within the process and maintenance throughout the year. We have the whole process from the selection of the seed to its roasting and packing, we do not delegate or buy, everything is our production, thus we guarantee the quality.
