It is a multi-purpose fiber derived from the guar seed and is used for many industrial applications. From Food Industry, bakery, beverages, ice cream, Pharmaceuticals, Textile, Paper manufacture, Construction, Paints, Oil fracking, Gas facturing etc. It is obtained after the endosperm of the guar gum/split is milled and further refined. It is also soluble in hot and cold water but insoluble in other organic solvents. Guar Gum is a natural high molecular weight hydrocolloidal polysaccharide composed of galactan and mannan units combined through glycosidic linkages, which may be described chemically as galactomannan. Dissolved in cold or hot water, guar gum forms a slime of high viscosity. Guar's viscosity is a function of temperature, time, and concentration.

Gum Arabic Properties: *SOLUBILITY Can yield solutions up to 55% concentration. Gum Arabic is truly soluble in cold water. Other gums are either insoluble in cold water or form colloidal suspensions, solutions not true. *VISCOSITY A 20% aqueous solution will give less than 100 cps, i.e. Gum Arabic is not very viscous at such concentrations. High viscosity is obtained only at concentrations of 40% - 50% *FILM-FORMING Gum Arabic's superb film-forming properties make it ideal for some confectionery coatings and lithographic plate solutions. *EMULSIFIER Gum Arabic produces highly stable emulsions making it very useful in the preparation of oil-in-water food flavour emulsions, particularly for citrus oils. *COLOR Colorless (top quality) to pale straw color (average quality). *TASTE Gum Arabic has no off-taste. The taste of flavouring products co-spray dried with Gum Arabic is not affected or dulled by Gum Arabic as the carrier. *FIBER Nutritional experts can regard Gum Arabic as 95% "Soluble Fiber," according to the latest evidence. *CALORIC VALUE Officially recognized in the U.S.A. as being under 1 Kcal per gram. Generally defined as POLYSACCHARIDE DIETARY FIBER WITH REDUCED CALORIC INTAKE. *CHOLESTEROL REDUCER Human dietary intake studies have indicated a reduction in blood cholesterol levels when above average amounts of Gum Arabic (25 grams per day) are ingested in solution. *TOXICOLOGICAL STATUS "ADI not specified" (JEFCA + EEC): "Generally Recognized as Safe" (GRAS) (USA).
We are pleased to introduce ourselves, we are manufacturers and exporters of food grade guar gum with five decades of experience and expertise on this product. Being pioneer and well reputed manufacturers of textile/fabric printing thickener gum and are now started producing food grade guar gum of 200 mesh with 5500 cps viscosity continuously. Our allarco gum is dissolved in cold or hot water and forms a slime of high viscosity. Guar gum viscosity depends on function of temperature, time and concentration. Gum Arabic or Acacia is the dried, gummy exudate from the stems or branches of Acacia or related species. The trees which produce commercial grades of Gum Arabic grow in different parts of Gum Arabic dissolves readily in hot or cold water. Gum Arabic is compatible with other plant hydrocolloids as well as carbohydrates and proteins. Its major use in the food industry is to impart viscosity, body, and texture to a variety of foods. Sesbania Gum is extracted from sesbania seeds which are originated from China. The sesbania gum powder is a white loose milky powder which is soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, ketones, ethers, and other organic solvents. Sesbania gum powder can be dispersed in cold water to form a viscous solution. The viscosity of sesbania gum powder is 5-10 times higher than natural plant gum, sodium alginate. It plays a major role as a flocculant in water and wastewater treatment. Furthermore, the constituents and specifications of sesbania gum powder are as follows. It has a minimum viscosity of 2000 to 2500 cps. And when the viscometer is used at a temperature of 25 degrees and speed of 20 rpm, it has a maximum viscosity of 3000 to 3500 cps. Further sesbania gum powder has a moisture content of maximum 12 percent, passing 90 percent, proteins 5 percent, fat 1 percent, A.L.R. 3 percent, Ash 1 percent, pH between 5.5 to 7.0, carbohydrates minimum 80 percent, arsenic maximum 3 ppm, lead maximum 2 ppm, and heavy metals maximum 20 ppm. Besides this, it has been found after performing microbiological tests, that the sesbania gum powder contains a total plate count per grams of maximum 5000, yeast and mold per gram of maximum 200, salmonella per 25 grams is not present, and also, E. Colli and Colliforn are not available.
