Normal Standard All pistons are produced by imported acrylonitrile butadiene rubber which suit for ordinary drilling environment under the maximum working pressure 20MPa. The maximum working temperature of our piston is up to 120 íµ and it is with excellent wear resistance and good chemical corrosion resistant .The service life of the piston can reach 280 hours in ordinary drilling working environment. Strength Enhanced The material of this kind of pistons is high-intensity acrylonitrile butadiene rubber which supplied by American Dupont company and Japanese Zeon company. Crosshead and crosshead guide are made of astm a48-83 meehanite featuring good abrasion resistance and long service life. Pinion shaft is made of forged alloy steel, on which a herringbone gear with the medium-hard teeth surface is machined.
