The 5XF-2000-80 Air-Screen Cleaner is a multi-purpose machine with pre-cleaning and sorting unit for mostly commercial crops. The operation of the machine is divided into two parts. In the first screening system with gravity separator, raw materials fall to the screen, then blight seeds are let to fall out using the eccentric shaft generated by the positive air pressure. Desired materials and larger impurities are moved forward to the top of the screen. Larger impurities are discharged from the outlet. Undersized contaminants and soil in materials fall by the next screen, while the desired materials continue to move ahead. Finally, all of the good materials are categorized into specific size dimensions i.e. big, medium and small sizes through grading screens. The cleaning system has elastic balls moving for preventing screen blockages. This product is the most sensitive screening and cleaning equipment with gravity separator and vibrating grader. Moreover, this product is equipped with proprietary elevator for transferring materials to the air screen cleaner, the materials are passed through the screen and cyclone that are attached to the elevator.

The Vibration Impurity Separator is mainly used for sunflower seed & kernel, pumpkin seed & kernel and other finished materials processing in end of production line, which can remove broken materials generated in the upstream processing efficiently, and process final product kernel with higher complete kernel rate with higher product value. The equipment is composed of two layers of screen, with fish scale screen and double vibration motor to achieve the best separation effect. At the same time, the machine is equipped with a cyclone dust removal for impurities cleaning effect in some extent. The product has simple structure and excellent sorting effect, and it is an important part of seed and kernel product processing line.

The CS150/300-2 MODEL Vibration Grader is our new vibration grader which is company developed independently, it is mainly used to sizing the different sizes of seeds, kernels, nuts, beans, etc. There is two layers of screen for processing by reciprocating movement of eccentric swing, to achieve cleaning and grading automatically for different type of screen through elastic ball. Materials are processed along sieving deck which has multi-layers, then are graded to different levels by size, while oversized and under sized impurities get removed. Customized sieve of mesh and building materials that make the vibration grader has wide range of applications and high grading efficiency. The product is installed behind the color sorting machine for a final quality control, or in front of the seeds shelling machine for pre-cleaning. An optimal design, efficient grading operation and compact structure makes it an ideal grading equipment.

The device is an automatic quantifying, weighing and packaging device. The material is put into weighing box of machine from inlet, when the weight reaches preset amount, the inlet is closed. After the control system receives the signal that bag is prepared, the material is discharged from outlet into the bag. When all the material enters the bag, the control system opens pneumatic valve, transports the bag by the conveyor and brings it to the sewing machine for sewing. The Pulse-jet bag filter dust collector is environmental protective product in our company. The dust collector designed to collect and store dust and particulate from production and operation, it is widely used to clean air, recover valuable pollutants and remove dust in many different industries including grain processing, woodworking, mine excavating. As dust accumulates on the filter bags, periodic cleaning of the bags in order to maintain continuous operation. This periodic cleaning of bags is achieved by introducing a timed, momentary pulse of compressed air through a blow pipe, with nozzles mounted above each filter bag; An equal amount of compressed air is blown vertically downwards into each bag, the high pressure compressed air creates a shock wave down each bag causing it to release the majority of dust formed around the outside, the removed dust is then collected in the hopper. This product is constructed from a series of modular components which allows for standardization yet retains the ability to be completely flexible with selection, sizing, materials of construction, filter media, and equipment arrangement.

The Grain Polisher is used to polish ground seeds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds and other beans. This product provides polishing process and removes the dust, moldy spots and surface soil of materials, thus contribute to high sales value with cleaning, shiny, smooth and dust free seeds. Desired polishing effect is achieved through rotation of the screw shaft, cleaning with polishing brushes, mutual displacement, and movement and friction with each other in the fluidized process. Polishing Machine can process as a single unit or a set when attached to a unit. It is also possible to attach a dust chamber to collect cuticle and other impurities during production process.

The broken kernel screener is mainly used to separating the different type of broken kernels which were from sheller processing operation. It is often placed behind the shelling production line for broken kernel control and perfect kernel rate improvement of finished products, and achieve higher market value. Automatic cleaning procedure adopts dual vibrating motor, rubble balls and one piece of high density sieve. For materials quality standard, build of these screens are available both in carbon and stainless steel. In the kernel processing line, it is an important component with simple structure and efficient screening operation.

The Sunflower Seed Hulling Machine Line is a convenient processing line with high efficiency and less labor designed by our company for customers with large capacity requirements. It is a combined production line led by KTF5-3000 sunflower seeds shelling machine. It involves a great deal of preparation to have a beautifully decorated design. We start with measuring the workshop area to get its length, width and height, then according to the entrance or exit of workshop, we are to plan the starter in the processing line. That includes how the materials are to be fed, pit making or feeding platform, and storage tank for materials reserving or processing directly. We need to consider how many materials would you be processing? And what is the degree of quality that you need? Where is the proper place for storage finished products? Where is the good exit for finished products transportation by truck? When all these information are gathered then we will be contributing to processing equipment. There's the unified feeding system, shells gathering system and kernels collecting system in one grain processing line. Manual workload is greatly reduced, and increase processing capacity. From first Z-type of non-crushing elevator to first processing machine that may either be a de-impurity or grain polisher. Then materials through the Z-type of non-crushing elevator into the de-stoner, and pass the Z-type of non-crushing elevator go to gravity separator. Discharging of the material to the first T-type elevator of color sorter. The platform of color sorter is provided by us. The color sorter is selecting bad colored seeds by the double direction cameras, like white color seeds (scuffed seeds), Scratched seeds, yellow color seeds and blotch seeds. In the middle of the C-type of elevator transport, the returning or the unfinished materials in first round is sent back to the color sorter. Then sorting remaining materials again from last C-type elevator, the final bad colored seeds have been separated, the good colored seeds go to the next vibrating grader. The quality products are ready to be collected from the vibrating grader, or additionally they can be passed through a X-ray machine and metal detector if optimum quality is desired. The finished products can be handled by a packer, We do provide you with supporting facilities of packer. In the whole production line, we have excellent dust removal system with cyclone and pulse-jet bag filter dust collector, keeping the workshop environment clean and pleasant. The production line need to match the air compressor and relative gas collector when using color sorter, pulse-jet bag filter or the packer.
