Product Application It is mainly used in bonding EPE by ironing, instead of traditional bonding machine bond by hot air gun and hot sol. The working Principle is very easy, upper EPE will be iron by our high temperature heating plate, and 1~3 mm EPE foam will be removed by ironing, then laminated together with the lower EPE quickly. Advantage: 1, signal working station, high work efficiency 2, each working station operated independently by one person, saving labor and production cost. 3,do not need hot melt glue, saving glue cost. 4,easy to operate, worker can learn qucikly.
Product Application It is mainly used in bonding irregular EPE by ironing, widely used in air conditioner packing, computer packing and making EPE box . For the rectangulare EPE laminating, also known as the protective angle laminating, the whole procedure no need for glue, all by ironing By using the principle of electric hot air gun, two strips of sheet EPE are put into the machine transmission place to be glued together at the same time. the EPE is automatically heated by hot air when feeding, so as to be plasticization forming. High speed laminating, it is equivalent to the efficiency of 5-8 operators. Laminating does not deed to glue the sol, EPE does not become yellow, the laminating is neat, not misplaced.
