The 5XZC-5A seed cleaner & grader has a good cleaning effect on grain seeds, tree seeds, forage seeds, beans, and a variety of commercial grains. It can be equipped to suit a variety of special jobs and purposes.
The 5XZC-5A seed cleaner & grader is installed a maize thresher at front, so it will thresh the maize first, then dust and light impurity will be removed by aspirator fan, material will fall on sieve layers and be separated by sieves according to the width and thickness difference. All the oversize and undersize impurities are discharged from outlets.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The maize thresher grading cleaner is for primary cleaning of seeds or beans, Seed Cleaner & Grader can remove out the straws, awns, and other light impurities, also has grading function for removing large and small impurities, at the same time dividing the good seeds into different levels by size.
