Gusu machinery ball mill machine is the ideal machine for ensuring efficient and uniform refinement of chocolate and similar masses with relatively low fat contents. Though this ball mill machine can be used as a stand-alone refining mill (set after mixing machine), its features are best put to use when it is combined with our chocolate conche machine, whether installed separately or as part of a comprehensive, compact unicom system.


The chocolate paste is refined through the combined spinning of the two main shafts fitted with discs and the alloy beads located in the milling tank. The design and distribution of these components forces the mass (pumped upwards) to remain in the mill tank as long as needed, thereby allowing for the required reduction in fine particle size (20-25m) while ensuring the homogenous distribution thereof

Working principle of ball mill machine:
There are many grinding medium balls inside the continuous rotating drum (there are many rods inside the rod mill). The continuous feeding material is broken by the shooting balls which are coming from a certain height of the wall of the drum; The falling medium and material would produce irregular slip and roll during the rotation of the drum, and the material is pulverized fine by the grinding effect among medium, drum-lining and materials. The dynamic material level different is produced by continuous forced material charge and discharge, consequently more and more fine material is slow out from the drum, and finish the grinding process inside the drum.

Reliable Ball Mill Working Principle:
The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate eccentricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging mouth. Then the whole grinding process is ended.

Reliable Ball Mill Structure:
The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
