The 60cm Natural Gas Built-in Oven from Glem offers a large 69L capacity with the Glem 4D gas heat distribution system which ensures effective heat throughout the cavity for consistent, thorough cooking.

Oven functions available include fan bake for fan-assisted cooking across multiple shelves, classic bake for delicate gas cooking, and a grill for efficient grilling of meats and veggies. Brief Introduction of the Vacuum Drying Oven

1.The drying oven body is made of high quality cold-rolled steel sheet powder coated which is tuff and rustproof.

2. The chamber is made of high quality stainless steel chamfer angled which is smooth and very easy to clean.

3. Between the oven body and the chamber itâ??s stuffed with high quality thin glass fiber thermic insulant which has fine heat insulation feature. So the temperature in the chamber is stable and accurate without interference from the environment.

4. It is easy to observe the inner samples through the double glass door (in the front it is armoured glass). The double glass door also has good heat preservation to protect the operator from scald.

5. The heat resistant silicone rubber sealant between the chamber and the glass door ensures the high vacuum level in the working chamber.

6. The heater is installed around the outside surface of the chamber to enhance the temperature uniformity and to serve the convenience of inner chamber cleaning.

these are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S/S. steel-304 grade sheet duly powder coated Bi-colour with inner chamber are made of S.S sheet 304 grade.
The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses.Beaded heating aliments are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides.Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height.
Temperature is controlled by imported hydraulic type capillary thermostat/Digital Temp.
controller from 50 deg to 250 deg plus minus 1 deg. An-L shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature. ( Only Thermostatic controlled oven )
