Mixing is one of the important parts in rubber product processing. So far, the most common technologies have been used are open mill mixing and internal mixer mixing, which are called non-continuous mixing. , We have designed the "screw mixing machine" in continuous leveling method and of high efficiency with the strong points as follow:
It is efficient as it works long.
It does not result in power wasting as there is no idle-running;
It does not result in any working environmental impacts as the the transaction in the sealed main body of the machine;
It reduces the cost and increase the profit in operation as less power and fewer workers are required compared to those for open mill or for internal mixer.
It takes low labor intensity as there is only one worker needed in material feeding on the conveyor and qualified product is processed automatically.
It is a new type of mixing machine which is highly recommended in rubber product processing.

Continued processing with a granular and/or cracker mill, possibly with the aid of cryogenics, reduces the size of the particles further. RubberON Industries produce ultra-fine hi structure crumb of 30,40,60, 80 100 mesh from Only nylon Trucks and Buses tyres. During the compounding, the rubber penetrates into these hi structure particles and a strong mechanical bond is created.When mixed in a rubber compound, this crumb becomes one with it and imparts high properties. It was also found that by using 10 phr of 80/ 100 mesh crumbs, no loss of properties was observed, even though the carbon phr had to be reduced to maintain the hardness, thus affecting cost reduction without impairing properties.
