Bit sub: Size availability ranges from 3 1/8 in to 11inch OD and 36in to 48in length. Lift sub: A lift sub enables the safe, efficient handling of straight OD tubular, such as drill collars, shock tools, jars, directional equipment, and other tools, by using the drill pipe elevators. Top drive sub: Top drive subs serve as the sacrificial element between the drill string and the top drive, reducing repair and maintenance costs.

Mud Pump Fluid End Module is an important component of the hydraulic pump end of the mud pump. Mud Pump Fluid End Module is forged by high-quality alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo. It has no defects such as interlayer, crack, impurity, looseness and over-burning. Welding is not allowed. The Mud Pump Fluid End Module is in full compliance with API7K standard and is inspected according to the third-grade forging and internal hardening treatment, high durability. Above process is strictly checked and strict non-destructive testing. The draw works is driven by two VFD AC motors with 1+1r/2+2r step-less speed, and reversal will be realized by ac motor reversal. The mud pump is driven by VFD AC motors, which are mounted on the rear skid of mud pump, with v-belt transmission and simple structure. The independent driven rotary table runs with 1+1r/2+2r step-less speed, and reversal will be realized by ac motor reversal. Using AC-DC-AC drive technology, rotary table and draw works are four quadrant running and full digital vector control. Single drum, gear driven and one / two shifts smooth speed change draw works is simple in structure and reliable in operation. Feed back / dynamic brake is adopted to replace eddy current brake as auxiliary brake. Automatic drilling is obtained by draw works main motor or an independent motor. Intellectual position control for traveling block prevents crown block and rotary table from collision. Real time communication and network is available by using profibus technology. K type mast is suitable for install top drive system. Sling shot or swing up substructure and mast are applied so that all the equipment can be installed at lower position. Suit for any transportation.
