The fresh leaves are commonly topped on most dishes, the seeds and a ground powder (masala) are also used in cooking. The leaves are often used raw and added to the dish just before serving as heat tends to lessen its flavour rapidly. We purchase quality dry whole coriander seeds from farmers and whole sale mandies and clean it and sort out the best quality and we finally pulverize it to a fine powder and pack it. Minimum order quantity is 2 tons.
