Application: Provides fast cure rate and high modulus development in NR, SBR, BR and blends. Normally used alone or with small quantities of ultra accelerators in tire compounds or industrial rubber products low poison and high efficiency. It is good back up for WILLING NOBS. Be regarded as sta ndard accelerator.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper with plastic film bag, kraft paper bag or jumbo bag.
Storage: The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 1 year.
NS is a Vulcanized accclerator with delayed action for crude rubber, polybutadiene, iso butyl rubber, SBR, and reconverted rubber. Especially suitable for carbon black containing high alkalinity, safe at operating temperature, it has excellent anti coking performance, good elongation strength, curing time is short, can increase the proportion of the use of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, an ideal substitute for NOBS, has excellent combination property, known as standard accelerator. Can be used together with aldehyde amine, guanidines, thiurams. Constitute a good curing system when be used with antiscorcher.
