This slitting line is used for slitting raw material coils into strips. This machine can slit raw material coils into specific width. The slitting line normally includes loading trolley, decoilerã?�guiding device (including lead head, press head, shovel head), coil head shear, centering and calibrating device, slitting machine, scrap rewinder, pre-distribution and tensioning machine, recoiler, and unloading trolley. And the main components are decoiler, slitting machine, scrap rewinder, recoiler, and PLC control system.
The line is especially for silicon steel (CRGO) coil longitudinal slitting. The wide coil (1000/1250mm) shall be opened and cut into required width strips and then rewinded into rolled coil. The main working flow is coil loading â?? decoiling â?? guiding â?? slitting â?? tensioning â?? recoiling â?? discharging.
