Asphalt fraass breaking point tester is based on national industry standards JTJ052 â??highway asphalt and asphalt testing proceduresâ?� in the T0613 â??Asphalt breaking point test (Fraass Method)â?� design and manufacturing requirements for the determination of bituminous materials Fraass brittle point.
Features
The test apparatus is a metal sheet coated with a special layer of asphalt film Cooling method device equipped with thermal insulation tube, bending the metal sheet is designed and made as per the handle, as the temperature decreases the asphalt film temperature is gradually decreased, when drops below a temperature, the asphalt film produced under conditions specified bending fracture temperature (thermometer with alcohol) is the asphalt breaking point.

Ethanol alcohol distillation column 1. It is standard 95-96% alcohol equipment. Also it can distill pure water. 2.The distillation system has  three columns  and  continuous  distillation  process.The process is the  same as industrial(large scale) alcohol equipment.  Mash distillation  column distills  fermented  mash or light alcohol  to 50% alcohol ethanol .
