Ship rubber airbag
Ship rubber airbag is also known as rubber airbag, ship launching airbag, ship salvage airbag, boat salvage airbags, inflatable airbag, ship lifting bag, air balloon, made by rubber & multi layer of rubber-dipped tire fabric. Airbags are widely used in launching and landing ship/ boat/vessel, lifting and moving heavy objects, caisson floating, marine engineering. Rubber airbags are very popular among shipyard, ship owner, and marine supplies company now.
Florescence ship rubber airbag.
Florescence has our own factory which manufacture rubber products for almost 20 years, so we are the factory direct seller, we are more professional than other companies. Florescence ship rubber airbags are expoted to many countries, including indonesia, singapore, america, russia, etc. Florescence ship rubber airbags can be manufatured in various sizes and types according to the customers' need.
1. Structure of the florescence marine launching airbag
1. Airbag body
The airbagbody is composed by natural rubber and strength fiber material through vulcanization progressing
2. Terminal iron part
The terminal iron part is made of cast iron, it is combined closely with the airbag body, one end is for pulling when you move it, and the other end if for charging and discharging the air.
2. Advantages of marine launching airbag
1. Different size airbag stock available, quick delivery
2. Provide repair kit and on site instruction
3. Long time service life can be used many times
4. Wear resistance and anti aging
5. Good raw material and cord fabric
6. Harmless to the enviroment, time&money saving
7. Need no more than air compressors, winches and ropes
8. Using marine airbags are much cheaper and portable than other methods
Supplier: Marine fender, rubber fender, ship fender, marine airbag, ship launching airbag, floating airbag, etc.
Buyer: Marine fender, rubber fender, ship fender, marine airbag, ship launching airbag, floating airbag, moring anchor, etc.
Structure 1) Outer Rubber Layer The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of ship airbag to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage. 2) Inner Rubber Layer The inner rubber layer seals pressurized air inside ship airbags. 3) Synthetic-Tire-Cord Layer as Reinforcement The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement. Material Ship rubber airbags for docking and undocking are constructed of synthetic-tire-cord layers; inner and outer rubber layers are sometimes added. All materials used are vulcanized. Air tightness test: Without carrying any load, fill the air bag till the internal pressure of the air bag reaches rated working pressure. After 1 hour. The pressure loss should be less than 5 % of initial pressure. Bursting test: Fill the air bag with water until the air bag bursts. The water pressure at the time of bursting shall be no less than three times of rated working pressure.
Ship docking airbags, basic body consists of rubber layers, synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber layers, are kind of a cylindrical airbags with hemispherical heads at the both ends. All of these are vulcanized together, and then compress air inside to enable in to roll. Material of Docking undocking rubber pontoon launching airbag An airbag is to be constructed of an outer rubber layer, one or more synthetic-tyre-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer. The arrangement of synthetic-tyre-cord reinforcement layers is shown in the picture below, all materials shall be vulcanized firmly. Prior to the airbag production, the outer and inner rubber layers shall be tested to meet criteria in the following table in accordance with the test methods given in the international standard list in the table. While only one satisfactory sample per batch is required for test numbers 1 through 3, all others must be tested for test numbers 4 through 9 annually. If the first sample fails, two additional sample should be tested. If the additional samples pass the test requirements, the materials will be deemed to have passed the test. Otherwise, the materials will be deemed to have failed the test and another batch of materials shall be selected. Application of ship docking airbag 1.For ship upgrading, conversion or new/repair launching (Ship launching airbags) 2.Marine airbag for salvaging sunken ship or heavy immersed steel structure 3.For hoisting and transporting heavy goods up to 10,000 tonnes structure on land 4.Marine pneumatic rubber fender for protective purposes, ships collision avoidance 5.Pneumatic rubber core for architecture engineering container for storing and transporting gas and corrosive chemical liquid and pure water for voyage 6.Rubber bag for ship ballast
Supplier: Ship rubber products including ship rubber airbag & ship rubber fender
Supplier: Ship launching airbags, pneumatic rubber fenders, foam fenders, rubber foam fenders, foam buoys
Floating pneumatic rubber fenders have been in use for around 50 years. It is the leading device for marine application in the world. This compressed air filled rubber fender is used as a protective medium for ship-to-ship operation(STS), ship-to-quay(STQ) and ship-to-berthing(STB). Florescence Pneumatic Rubber Fender Construction: Outer rubber: rubber layer that covers the outside of the fender to protect the cord layers and the inner liner rubber from abrasion and other external forces. Inner rubber: liner of a rubber membrane that seals the pressurized air inside the fender. Synthetic-tyre-cord layer for reinforcement: layer made of synthetic-tyre-cord fabric, which maintains the internal air pressure of the fender. Bead ring: steel ring which is placed at one end (or both ends) of the fender and holds the end of cord layers Flange opening: steel flange, which is mounted on the fender, to which an air valve or safety valve can be adapted. Florescence Pneumatic Rubber Fender Advantages: 1. High energy absorption and with a low reaction force 2. Light weight, portable and floatable, can be installed and replaced easily 3. Heavy duty and long service life-over 10 years 4. Supplied as sling type (body only) or with chain and tire net for protection of the fender body 5. Sizes from 0.5m diameter Ã? 1.0m length up to 4.5m diameter Ã? 12m length 6. Suitable for locations with large and small tidal differences Classification of floating pneumatic fender: Fender types: 1.Net-type fender: fenders which are covered by a tire chain net, each end shall be linked together with one to two ring(s). 2.Sling-type fender: fenders which are designed to be used without a protection net. Initial internal pressure: 1.Pneumatic fender 50 (initial internal pressure 50 KPa) 2.Pneumatic fender 80 (initial internal pressure 80 KPa)
