Refractory ball is a kind of refractory material with a very wide range of applications. Refractory ceramic ball is made of industrial alumina and refractory kaolin as the main raw material, which is made by scientific formula, shaping and high temperature sintering.
Refractory ball has high mechanical strength, long service cycle, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, strong acid and alkali chemical corrosion, excellent resistance to quench heat and very low chemical activity.

Ordinary refractory ball: suitable for converter sulfuric acid and the chemical fertilizer industry and transform furnace
High aluminum refractory ball: high aluminum resistance to the fire, the application of urea, steel and other industries, such as hot blast furnace, heating transformation furnace and other equipment.
2, by type
Refractory ball: aluminum content 45-90, 10-70 silicon content, iron content is less than 1.
Corundum refractory ball: aluminum content 90-98, 0.5-5.0 silicon content, iron content is less than 0.5.
Low silicon aluminum refractory ball: the contents of 90-98, silicon content is less than 0.3, iron content is less than 1.
