The series submersible sewage pump is mainly used for industry,agricultural,fishery,mine drainage,building construction, municipal environmental protection and tunnel construction etc. Trades to drain off soild particles with short fiber, confetti,sediment and so on. Or drain off software solids liquids. Such as mud,grey water, life wastewater, sewage and so on. The series submersible pump is the ideal equipment for agricultural irrigation,raising livestock and poultry manure pit,cleaning the silt of pool and construction site.
Usage:
Used for discharging waste water and other material with granular material, also it can be used for clean water and corrosive medium.
Conditions of using:
1.The medium temperature should not be over 40oC ,PH:4-10.
2.The solid volume ratio of the medium should not be over 2%.
3.The kinematic viscosity of medium between 7*10-7m2/s---23*10-6 m2/s.
4.The density of the medium is 1.2*10 3kg/m3.
5.Centered on the impeller,underwater not more than 5m.

Arcing is eliminated. Connect the red battery clamp to the positive battery terminal. Connect the black Clamp to the negative or ground to a rigid metallic surface on the engine. The connection should be 12 to 19 inches from the battery. 4.Hose: Since the pump has a lower discharge pressure it is ., recommended that anoncolapsiable hose be used for maximum pumping capacity. 5.Hoisting & lowering: Use the attached nylon line. Do not use the power cord ., for handling the unit. 6.Operation of unit: Lower the unit into the liquid to be pumped(note: this unit is not to used to pump Flamable liquids).Then turn on the switch. Pump can be run for a few minutes(less than 5) without liquid. Do not run completely dry for any extended period(less than 5 min.).This will prevent. 7.Running time peroids: The unit draws 20-25 amperes and can be operated for approximately 1 hr. On a fully charged 60 amp-hour battery and still be able to start the vehicle under normal conditions. Caution should be used when running times exceeds 25 !v 30 minutes without the engine running to recharge the battery. Also be mindful of cold temperatures which lowers battery
