Slurry pumps are designed to handle liquids containing abrasive and coarse grained solids. It has a heavy duty design with a single stage axial inlet. It is also suitable for sand water mixtures and other related slurry

Fh series slurry pumps are mainly using for handing strong abrasive, high density slurries and low density, high head slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc.

Structure:
The frame plates of this kind of slurry pump have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal.

Bearing assembly of this kind of slurry pump use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.

The shaft seal of this kind of slurry pump could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

Here are the drive types, such as v belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices. The pump of this type may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.

Application:
This kind of slurry pump mainly applies in coal washer processing, handling with the fine ore and tailings in metal mine, handing combined bottom and fly ash in a thermal power station etc.

Benefits:
Bearing assembly – a large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
Liners – easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and east of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomer. Elastomer seal rings back all liner joints.
Casing – Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.
Impeller – front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable. Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts. High efficiency and high head designs are also available.
Throatbush – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.
One-piece frame – a very robust one-piece frame cradles the cartridge type bearing and shaft assembly. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing for easy adjustment of impeller clearance.

The L series slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal, slurry pumps. They are suitable for delivering less abrasive, low dense slurry in the metallurgical, mining, coal and construction material industry. The shaft seal is adopted both gland seal and centrifugal seal. The L series slurry pumps have a high rate of revolution and small volume saving floor area. The frame plates have changeable, wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners upon request and the impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber. The discharge branch can be oriented to any of the eight different positions for installation and application upon request.
