* products features: 800g; solid content 25¡à2%¡«38¡à2%; nco content 4.5 ¡à0.5%¡«6.5 ¡à0.5%; colorless liquid; available time 10-14 hours; moderate reaction; initial bond strength and final bond strength is good; comprehensive performance is stable£»be suitable for cross-linking adhesives.
* applicable shoes: the shoes requiring high bond, like skin leather shoes, fashion shoes, leisure shoes and slippers.
* rc can be diluted with anhydrous and alcohol-free ethyl acetate, dichloropropane, trichloroethylene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and toluene, among other solvents. When added in relatively large proportions aliphatic hydrocarbons can cause turbidity; but can be re-dissolved by using esters proportions of the solvents mentioned above.
* attention:
1. The adhesive might be used up within 10-14 hours after the hardener is mixed with the adhesive. If cannot finished, the adhesive mixed with hardener be not allowed to put back un-mixed adhesive.
2. After opening the hardener should be sealed immediately.
* reacts readily with moisture; for best life it should be kept dry and stored at temperatures between 5 oc and 32oc
